Currency

All prices at Novira Dallas are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a foreign currency, your bank or card issuer may apply an exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee — check with them directly for details.

Payment Processing

Payment is collected in full at the time you complete checkout. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon successful payment. If a transaction fails for any reason, your order will not be placed and no charge will be applied.

Your bank may issue a temporary authorization hold before the charge fully clears — this is a standard banking procedure, not a duplicate charge.

Sales Tax

Applicable US sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery state. The final tax amount will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase, in compliance with applicable state tax laws.

Discount Codes & Promotions

If you have a valid promo or discount code, enter it at checkout before placing your order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been submitted. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there's been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us at Support@novira-dallas.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first can delay resolution and complicate the process for both parties.
