Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order, with tracking. There's no minimum spend — the free delivery discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Remote addresses and busy periods (such as December) can take a few days longer.

We deliver to addresses in the United States.

Tracking your order

When your parcel ships you'll get an email with your tracking number — please check your junk folder too. It can take 24–48 hours before the first scan shows. You can follow your parcel on our order tracking page.

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 14 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every order is insured while it's with the carrier. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
