Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for easier order tracking. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move quickly on orders, so reach out to Support@novira-dallas.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered the fulfillment process yet, we'll do everything we can to help. Once it's shipped, changes aren't possible, but you can return it after delivery.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll get a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Payments


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD through our secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers — that data is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery state, in accordance with applicable US tax laws. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required, no promo code needed. It's just included.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and availability at the time of fulfillment.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Occasional tracking delays do happen with carriers. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us at Support@novira-dallas.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds


What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?
Email Support@novira-dallas.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within one business day.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
