Refund policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — quickly, and without the runaround.

30-day return window on all eligible items from the date of delivery. No restocking fees.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unused, in original condition
  • All original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

How to Start a Return

1. Email Support@novira-dallas.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return address.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at Support@novira-dallas.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost — your choice.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get what you actually want without unnecessary delays.

Partial Refunds

In cases where an item is returned in a condition that doesn't fully meet our return eligibility requirements — missing tags, signs of wear, incomplete packaging — we may issue a partial refund. We'll always communicate with you before processing anything less than a full refund.
